Every athlete is unique. Whether it’s in-season video analysis or off-season workout programs, no two players develop the same way — and that individuality shapes every service I provide.
My goal is never to simply tell athletes what to do or point out what they’re doing wrong. Instead, I equip them with the understanding of why certain techniques and training methods work. The faster an athlete becomes genuinely curious about why a play succeeds or why a specific exercise matters, the more value they extract from every rep, every rep, and every rep.
I provide the environment, the insights, and the tools for success. Ultimately, it’s up to the athlete to take full ownership of their development

1 on 1 Video Analysis
30- or 60-minute Zoom sessions breaking down individual player shifts, paired with NHL examples.
These sessions identify on- and off-puck habits to help players understand why certain plays, outcomes, and patterns occur in their game.
Shooting Analysis
Player provides 2 separate videos of shot on or off ice. Player receives a 5-10 minute voiced over video analysis of shot with drills to do on or off ice.
Skating Stride Analysis
Player provides 4 separate videos of skating stride with instructions. Player receives a 5-10 minute voiced over video analysis of skating stride, with on and off ice drills to improve stride.
In Season or Off Season Workout Plan
In season or off season plans that are tailored to the players specific needs.
Fully remote through free app with one Zoom call per week. Major focuses are increasing Athleticism, Strength, and Speed.
