I provide the environment, the insights, and the tools for success. Ultimately, it’s up to the athlete to take full ownership of their development

1 on 1 Video Analysis
1-on-1 Video Analysis: Build Elite Hockey IQ
In our 30- or 60-minute Zoom sessions, we dive deep into your game film — breaking down shifts to identify weaknesses while highlighting strengths and showing exactly how to build on them. We also pull in relevant NHL clips to make concepts more relatable and actionable.
We’ll spend dedicated time on the mental side of the game too: developing unshakable confidence and the habits that create consistent, high-level performance.
Hockey IQ boils down to two key skills: pattern recognition and smart decision-making away from the puck. Through detailed video study of your shifts — and elite players — you’ll sharpen your ability to read the ice faster, anticipate plays, and make better decisions in real time.

Off & In Season Workouts
Each off season workout program is completely tailored to the players needs. These workouts are created through my own experiences of what works to build speed, power and strength. As well as years of research to always find nuances ways to improve speed and power for hockey specifically.
What is Included?

6, 8 or 12 week programs (pricing varies on 3 days a week programs vs 5 days a week)

30 minute weekly zoom call going over workouts, progress, and any questions. Last 15 minutes will be talking Hockey IQ development and ways to improve the mental side of the game.

Every workout is uploaded into the app EverFit. Players are able to see demonstrations of exercises they will be doing. As well as input their own progress.

Private & Group Ice Sessions
Private and Group sessions are limited to Northern Michigan, Indianapolis, and Kansas City area
The sessions whether private or group are based on what they player(s) feel they need. While also adding in my own opinion as sessions progress. Each session will always include 10-15 minutes of skating and edge work.
